Plan A Visit

We’re so glad you want to join us for Worship

If you’re just checking things out, we would love the chance to get to know you and help you get connected. Stop by our Guest Services Center to speak to a Welcome Team member about getting plugged into the church, or visit our Connections Kiosk for information about specific groups and ministries within the church.

Where Do I Go When I Get There?

Our parking team will direct you to the closest available spot. We reserve parking spots for our first time guests, so if you’re new to Mt. Horeb, be sure to look for the first time guest flags when you enter the parking lot. As you’re walking into the building, our Welcome Team will meet you and show you where to find the Auditorium, Sanctuary, restrooms, and Kid’s Ministry. If you need anything throughout the morning—mints, ear plugs, a Bible, or a pen—feel free to stop by the Guest Services desk. Or, just ask anyone in one of our Mt. Horeb red shirts.

When Should I Get There?

Our Sunday services take place at 9:00 & 10:45 AM Traditional and 9:00 & 10:45 AM Contemporary. There are Sunday School classes and small groups available at each time. It is best to arrive 10 to 15 minutes ahead of time to allow for parking.

How Long Is The Service?

Services last about one hour and 15 minutes. If you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll want to give yourself a few extra minutes to stop by the Guest Services desk after the service. You are a very important person to us! We’d love to meet you, answer any questions you may have, and give you a gift.

How Should I Dress?

Come in whatever you are comfortable in. Our Traditional service is a bit more formal than our Contemporary service but there is no dress code.

What About My Children?

While all children are welcome in the services, we do have fabulous preschool, children, and student ministry programs available. The Welcome Team at the front doors will be happy to help you get your children to the proper place.
