STUDENT KICKOFF
Join our Student Ministry team as we kick things off this Fall. We have an event for Middle School Students, High School Students and a combined Kick Off service for both are groups. You can find more info for all below. We look forward to everyone being together again after Summer Break.
HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
MONDAY: August 7 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Our High School Luau is just a week away and we can’t wait to PARTY with the best students! We are going to play some games, eat some food, and celebrate the school year starting in the best way possible.
Burgers, hot dogs, buns, drinks, cups/plates, etc. will be provided.
We are asking students to bring a packaged dessert or a bag of chips to share.

They live on the lake – so wear your swimsuit, bring a towel and if you have a life vest, bring that too. No worries if you don’t, we will have some there.
We are forward to a great night!
MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
FRIDAY: August 11 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Our B2SB is just a week away and we literally cannot wait!
There will be inflatables, games, music, friends, and food trucks! Bring $10 (CASH) for Moe’s (bring an extra $2 if you want a side of queso). Pelicans will be there as well with FREE SNOW CONES.
This is a perfect event to invite another middle school friend that has never been to Mt. Horeb Students before. We cannot wait to see you back as we kickoff another awesome year!
STUDENT KICKOFF
SUNDAY: August 13 from 6:00 – 8:30 PM
Our annual programming Kick Off event is just around the corner and we couldn’t be more excited!
We’ve been hard at work all summer long planning the next semester of programming for your student and we are so pumped to finally get to share with them.
We NEED your student to come on Sunday – be a part of this awesome night and begin their faith journey with us this Fall.
There will be new merch: t-shirts ($15), hats ($25), and stickers ($2) – so be sure to send some cash with them. They’re gonna LOVE the new fresh designs we dreamt up this year!
Hang time starts at 6:00 PM and programing will be from 6:30-7:30 PM.
Afterwards, from 7:30 – 8:30 PM, parents please join us and your student in the Student Room as we celebrate our beloved Daniel “Stallion” Stevanus as he steps down from his role on our Student Ministry Team. This is our opportunity to send him off with all the love and well-wishes as he deserves.
